The Movement Centre
The Movement Centre is a UK-based charity dedicated to improving the lives of children with movement disabilities through their pioneering Targeted Training therapy.
The brief
With a new website set to launch in mid-2025, we were brought in to lead a strategic brand evolution that would ensure the organisation’s visual identity, tone, and collateral truly reflect the impact of their work and engage a wider audience.

The detail
We focused on refreshing the visual identity across logo, typography, and colour – paying particular attention to composition and consistency. One of the most impactful changes was in the logo. Highlighting the word ‘movement’ in bold red became a deliberate and meaningful design choice. The vibrant red immediately captures attention and underscores the organisation’s mission – helping children move forward and reach their full potential. Red conveys energy, determination, and transformation, echoing the real-world progress seen through Targeted Training. Paired with a playful kite graphic, this touch of colour adds dynamism and personality, while creating a strong visual link to the journey of growth at the heart of The Movement Centre’s work.
Finally, we developed a suite of branded collateral, including social media assets, alongside updated brand guidelines to ensure ongoing consistency across all channels and teams.

“Working with Source on our rebrand for The Movement Centre has been a fantastic experience. They provided us with a fresh new logo, clear brand guidelines, versatile social media templates, and bespoke icons that really capture who we are. Communication throughout the process was excellent. From the initial chat with Paula and Nick, then with Jasmine they understood the direction we wanted to take with our brand. We’re confident this new branding will help improve recognition, especially alongside our new website launching later this year. We’re so grateful for their creativity and support. Thank you!”
