- This competition is being run by Source Design Ltd of 2 Nettles Lane, Shrewsbury, SY3 8RJ (“Source Design Ltd”).
- To enter a competition you must be: (a) UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
- Competitions are not open to employees of Source Design Ltd.
- No purchase necessary.
- The competition will begin from launch of the game on source-design.co.uk until midnight on Dec 31st 2023.
- To enter the competition, you must successfully complete the Pairs game and submit your contact details via the provided form.
- Players may enter multiple times per day. However, only one entry per person per day will be counted toward the prize draw.
- The winner will be selected at random from the list of users that have entered the competition by following the procedure in point 6 above in January 2024.
- Source Design Ltd reserves the right to amend the competition end dates at any time.
- The winner will be notified by e-mail. We will use the e-mail address provided on competition entry.
- By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Source Design Ltd may require.
- The prize will not be transferable to another person.
- No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
- Prize is to be collected in person from the Source Design Ltd offices where possible.
- Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
- Source Design Ltd reserves the right to disqualify entries if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the entrant has breached any of these rules.
- Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.
- By entering the competition, you acknowledge that Source Design Ltd will not accept any liability for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in connection with the prize awarded or for any claim made by any third party.
