Senior Account Manager / Director

We are looking for a results-driven, passionate, organised, multi-tasking Senior Account Manager / Director to join our amazing creative, web & digital marketing team.

Based in the beautiful market town of Shrewsbury, Source, established in 1991, is a highly successful, full service, communications agency providing brand, web and digital marketing expertise to businesses throughout Shropshire and the UK.

Our team is made up of passionate creatives, developers and marketers working on a range of B2B and B2C accounts covering an interesting and wide spectrum of industries.

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team who is switched on, highly personable, proactive, organised, multi-tasking, works well independently and under pressure, a great team leader, creative, digital savvy and gets a kick out of giving excellent service, whilst remaining commercial.

With a growing customer base, we are seeking a driven Senior Account Manager / Director with a proven track record of winning projects and who excels in delivering our client’s needs by developing and maintaining successful relationships, through implementing both online and offline marketing activities and making a positive contribution.

The role and responsibilities

Required experience should include:

  • 6-10 years’ experience within a marketing role or Agency
  • Strong track record of delivering successful projects and campaigns, on budget, on time and with a proven ROI
  • Experience managing projects across the Agency service spectrum, including Branding, Web development, strategy, digital marketing etc
  • Solely responsible for delivering on and exceeding client expectations to maximise our client’s ROI
  • Confident and experienced in managing a team to ensure project delivery, as well as working independently
  • Highly organised in co-ordinating multiple projects simultaneously with a clear working process and structure
  • A creative and flexible mind, enjoys a challenge and has fun problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and attention to detail
  • A strong work ethic, goal oriented and results-driven
  • Self-sufficient, knowing when to ask questions and when to be proactive
  • Works well under pressure and to deadlines
  • Microsoft Office & Adobe InDesign for proposal writing
  • Daily expectations; client liaison, meetings, proposal writing, presenting, co-ordinating projects with creatives, developers and digital marketing teams and picking up inbound enquiries.
  • All whilst smiling, bringing your enthusiasm and creativity to the table, and providing a first-class service to our clients

£35k – £50k, DOE
