Source is a strategically driven creative agency based in Shrewsbury, and we’re looking for a talented designer to join our team. This is an opportunity to work across a wide variety of clients, sectors and creative challenges – shaping brands, developing campaigns and producing standout work that makes a measurable impact.
You are an imaginative problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail. You thrive in a collaborative studio environment, bring energy and ideas to the table, and take ownership of your projects from concept through to delivery. Your work demonstrates craft, curiosity and the ability to elevate every brief. You will work across brand, packaging, print & digital.
Responsibilities
Generate & share innovative ideas and concepts for projects.
Develop and deliver brand concepts, visual identities and creative solutions across print and digital.
Produce high-quality presentations, social content and marketing assets.
Interpret briefs with clarity and translate them into final strategically aligned visual outcomes.
Ensure accuracy, consistency and attention to detail across all deliverables.
Collaborate closely with the team to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities with confidence.
Keep pace with design trends, techniques and emerging tools to continuously strengthen our creative output.
Skills & Experience
Experience working within an agency or similarly fast-paced creative environment.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint and Figma is an advantage.
Excellent layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Address design challenges with creative solutions and the ability to problem solve.
Apply clear communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with teams and clients.
