The brief
To create a new and premium brand identity that places Message & A Bottle firmly in the personalised gift market, alongside a suite of attention-grabbing gift card designs suitable for a range of occasions.
We delivered
We conducted industry research to generate a list of suitable and memorable name options that conveyed the business offering while separating it from competitors. To support the product launch, we explored a range of brand options and rolled out the new identity across attention-grabbing packaging, labels, gift cards and stationery.
The results
To support the water theme around the ‘Message & A Bottle’ name, we opted for an on-trend aqua palette, supported by a beautiful wave and starfish graphic on the back of the gift box. A bold modern typeface was introduced to accompany the bottle logo mark to create a striking and relevant brand identity. We created a suite of gift cards to suit a variety of occasions and recipients, with selected cards designed to include space for a personalised message, to ensure a truly bespoke design. From seasonal celebrations to anniversaries and special birthdays, the suite includes a range of modern colours, typefaces and stunning graphic elements to offer a wide range of choice.
We are very happy with the brand name, branding and design of the packaging for Message & A Bottle, which we worked on in collaboration with Source Design. Source provided a wide range of design skills to deliver the various aspects of the project, and the team brainstorming was very beneficial in gaining creative ideas from across Source’s wider team of designers.
